These terms apply to purchases and auctions conducted by Rhinos Vault LLC, a Texas business based in Haltom City, Texas. By bidding in our auctions or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
All Items Sold As-Is, Where-Is
All merchandise is sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the condition, functionality, or completeness of any item. Inspect photos and descriptions carefully before bidding.
No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on auction items or liquidation merchandise.
Auction Pickup
Winning auction items are picked up locally in Haltom City, Texas during scheduled pickup hours. Items not picked up during the scheduled window may be forfeited. Auctions are conducted through HiBid, and HiBid's terms also apply to your bidder account.
Liquidation Pallets
When pallet sales launch, all pallets will be local pickup only in Haltom City, Texas. No shipping. Each pallet is sold as a single unit with limited availability.
Future Online Shop
Individual items sold through our future online shop will primarily be shipped directly to customers. One-off items may have a quantity of one and become unavailable once sold.
